Reel to Reel Audio Tape Transfers
Basic transfer to CD and repair of any 5/16″ (commonly known as 1/4 inch) 2 or 4 Track Reel to Reel audio tapes of any speed/duration.
Reel to Reel Tape to CD – £10 per hour
This service includes any splicing of damaged tape or dry splices plus the automatic removal of any unrecorded/blank areas of tape from the final copy (this does not include treatment for Sticky Tape or Sticky Shed Syndrome should it be necessary – see Information section to your right for details)
Tape Review Service – £20 per reel
Not sure what is recorded on the tape? Use our Review Service to find out. As Reel to Reel tapes can hold as much as 8 hours of recording, it sometimes pays to know what is on there before going ahead with a transfer! (see details of Review Service under Service Information to your right)
Price Limit Service
If you are unsure of the length of recording on your tape you may place a price limit when you fill out the Audio Order Form. We will then advise you if that limit is reached and appraise you of the progress.
Audio Enhancement – £5 per tape
Our skilled technicians can noticeably improve the quality of your recordings by reducing or removing any hum, hiss or rumble and optimizing the levels in targeted frequency bands.
