How to Order
Checklist
- Complete the order form (order forms are located in the drop down menu tabs above)
- If you have more than one item for transfer and you wish your items to be transferred in a specific order, please make sure they are clearly numbered.
- Any Titles you require in the production should be typed (not hand written) either on the order form or on a separate page
- For those services that require pre-payment (Review Services) please include a cheque made out to ‘Video Impact UK’.
- If you require our ‘Fast-Track’ Service please contact us for a Fast-Track number. This number needs to be clearly visible on the outside of your package.
Fastrack
Our ‘Fast-Track’ service guarantees processing and dispatch of your order within 2 to 3 working days and is subject to an additional 20% surcharge. Only available if current work loads permit.
Keeping You Informed
Do keep a note of your Special or Recorded Delivery number when you post your item so you may track it at the Post Office website to ensure delivery. We will inform you via email once the work is complete, and also of any Tracking data if requested.
