Recommended Methods
Because of the very delicate and sentimental nature of the items we deal with we only use and recommend two methods of delivery.
1. Insured Courier Service
2. Personal Drop-off to our Premises
If your package is under 2kg it may be more economical for you to send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery. However, we do not use or recommend this service.
We highly recommend Parcel2go.co.uk who give a choice of quality services at very competitive rates.
Our return postage is charged at current Courier rates + £2.50 for packaging.
Insurance
The postal methods above include tracking and insured coverage for up £50 as standard. If you require additional insurance or other delivery options please let us know prior to dispatch as we cannot accept any claims for lost or damaged goods in transit.
