Because of the very delicate and sentimental nature of the items we deal with we only use and recommend three methods of delivery.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Service
Insured Courier Service
Personal Drop-off to our Premises
If your package is under 2kg it is more economical to send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For heavier items (over 2kg) it is more cost effective to use our courier service. We highly recommend Parcel2go.co.uk who give a choice of quality services at very competitive rates.
Our return postage is charged at current Post Office or Courier rates + £2.50 for packaging.
Insurance
Both of the postal methods above include tracking and insured coverage for up £50 as standard. If you require additional insurance or other delivery options please let us know prior to dispatch as we cannot accept any claims for lost or damaged goods in transit.
